The rules for using this website and the open-source tools linked from it.
These terms apply to your use of zenui.net, run by ZenUI Labs. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may browse the site and share links to it. You must not misuse it: for example, by trying to break its security, overload it, scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors, or submit false or unlawful content through our forms.
Sending a brief does not create a contract. Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Our open-source libraries and tools are provided under the license included in each repository. That license, not these terms, governs how you may use, copy and modify the software. Unless the license says otherwise, the software is provided "as is", without warranty.
The design, text, graphics and code of this website belong to ZenUI Labs or our licensors, except where a tool's own license applies. Names and logos of third parties belong to their owners.
We link to other websites, such as GitHub and our tools' documentation. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
