What we collect when you use this site or send us a brief, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
ZenUI Labs ("we", "us") runs zenui.net. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us via zenuilibrary@gmail.com.
When you send a project brief. The project configurator asks for your project type, a description of your idea, the service and package you are interested in, add-ons, requirements, timeline, budget range, your name, your email address and, optionally, your company. We only receive this when you press send.
While you fill in the form. Your answers are saved as a draft in your own browser (localStorage) so you do not lose them. The draft stays on your device and is deleted when you send the brief.
When you browse. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit how often the form can be submitted. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
We use a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf, under contract:
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep briefs for as long as we are discussing a project with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your brief sooner.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact us via zenuilibrary@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
This site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
